Jim Giranda is the Global Director, Product Safety & Quality Systems, International Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. (IFF). His current responsibilities include directing all Product Safety and Quality System processes. Prior to IFF, Jim held positions in Quality and Food Safety with American Nutrition, Inc., International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF), The Pillsbury Company, American Sweeteners and Mrs Pauls Foods. He received his BS in Microbiology from Penn State, and MS in Environmental Health from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Public speaking experience include presentations at ENG (Spain), Pet Food Forums (Chicago; Shanghai), IFT, FEMA (Washington, DC; Florida), Food Safety Consortium (Chicago), Next Level Summits (San Antonio, Palm Springs), NAFFS, FIMRT and dozens of internal and external customers, nationally and abroad.
