Chief Operating Officer
Warren (Bud) DeGraff is Chief Operating Officer at Numotion, the nation’s leading provider of complex rehab technology (CRT) serving people with disabilities. Before joining Numotion in 2014, Bud spent 18 years at General Electric Company (GE) in executive and operational leadership roles.
At Numotion, Bud oversees the Operations function, which includes Order Processing, Reimbursement and Billing, Supply Chain, Service and Repair, Training and Development, Environmental Health and Safety, and Lean.
Bud began his career in 1990 with RJR Nabisco where he managed logistics and distribution centers throughout the United States. He joined GE Plastics in 1996 before moving to GE Healthcare in 2000, where he held a number of leadership positions in areas including global inventory management, sourcing/supply chain, service, interventional cardiology and surgery, and interventional radiology. As General Manager of Diagnostics and Clinical Services, Bud oversaw a nearly $1 billion dollar business with 1,600 employees. As General Manager of Ultrasound Supply Chain, he helped the business grow 50 percent in three years by improving fulfillment, cost and cash flow initiatives. He also received the President’s Leadership Award for turning around the growth and operating margin of the Clinical Asset and Multi-Vendor Service business.
Bud has a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and earned his MBA in Operations and Production Management from Ball State University. He graduated with honors and as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Society, the premier honor society recognizing business excellence. Bud is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and co-owns industry patents associated with Enterprise Resource Planning design.
